You can use Silence Unknown Callers or a third-party app to block spam calls on your iPhone.
@SouthernGuy12 This is your answer. But I would add that it still allows ppl not on your contacts list to leave voicemail, so if it’s an important call you’ll still get the message. 😊Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
