Is there a way to block certain websites from displaying in os x 10.4? I know leopard has it but I'd like it now. I'd prefer it in safari but firefox works too.

A more advanced option is to go with something like Content barrier x4. Or something free like Dansguardian. Which you could install on the OS X machine.
