Blocking

Haven't been able to test it out yet but when you block someone how does it look to them on messages? Does it show an error message or?

messages will show as sent but will never deliver. calls i think go right to voicemail but im not 100% sure. and according to an article i read, facetime will just endlessly ring for them but never go through.
