Hi all,

I'm a Mac convert who used to use Windows LiveWriter. However, since switching to Mac I can no longer use it as for some bizarre reason when I paste from my Mac into LiveWriter running on a VMware Fusion VM it loses all the formatting.

So I thought I'd just find a decent Mac alternative but that's where the nightmare has started. One thing I need to do (which LiveWriter allowed me to), is to change the date of my posts to the past/ future.

However, of the Mac products I've tried they seem to ignore this posting at the current date and time.

My blog is running on Community Server (can't move it), so I now find myself stuck in limbo :-(

If anyone can offer any help or advice I'd really appreciate it.

Cheers,
Cliff

Thanks for the reply but don't I need to be running a bunch of software other than Wordpress if I want to be able to write post offline and then post them online when I'm connected?

All I'm after is a simple download I can install and blog away with like LiveWrtier (if only MS did LiveWriter for Mac LOL).

Sorry should have clarified - application.

I've tried MarsEdit for example which looks a GREAT apps but doesn't seem to work with Community Server - if I change the posting date it makes no difference, it just posts it as of today.
