Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried to put this model: Pioneer BDR-207MBK on a Mac Pro. It is not really expensive but looking at the picture I am not sure if the tray bezel is removable.

Here is the link for the product on Amazon:http://tinyurl.com/bp5xbb6

Thanks a lot.

Absolutely - the bezel comes off easily - same process as a DVD Drive. And yes - I have one in my Mac Pro 2nd/Lower compartment (actually a 206, but essentially the same). Works fine, never had an issue with it.
