Blue(leggo looking) box with ?

Hi some sites I go to have this blue leggo type box with a ? inside of it.

Example went to one of my favorite sites cause I wanted to listen to a sermon audio from their website. Went there this morning on my iPhone and there was no blue leggo box with ?.

Its the no flash sign.

It's actually the no-plugin sign. Means no suitable plug-in is available to play the content in the place holder.

On iPad, iPhone and iPod touch it generally means no flash.
