blue line on Corner of 27 imac display "PICS"

i recently got an 2011 imac and it has this certain thing im worried about...it has this vertical blue line in the corner of the display...its like the last row of pixels dont illuminate an image and there just blue all the time...is this a panel defect or something wrong with the display cable?....i put the imac in target display mode to another similar imac and the blue line is still there.

another thing is when the computer is first booted and still cold the blue line is most noticeable and when the computer warms up it sort of fades but is still there.

what im mostly worried of if this blue line is going to get bigger or if will just stay as is.
