wondered if anyone had experience of the 'blue screen of death' on a mac.
I have an early 2011 MBP with the AMD 6750M 1Gb graphics card in, which I think may be the culprit.

The screen becomes distorted - first just the screen image - horizontally displaced before the screen then goes blue and stays there. Resetting does not help unless I move into safe mode and then...so far run only the HD3000 graphics card. I am of course 2 months out of applecare warranty.

Any suggestions / thoughts / experiences of this?

Thanks

I also got the blue screen with my 2011 15", had to get the logic board replaced to fix it.
