Blue Screen On Startup?

Hi guys, just using my new MBP today and twice when turning it on it started to boot up and got as far as the blue screen (just before the desktop pic and stayed there.

Is this normal sometimes? A common problem or nothing to worry about and just start it again?

Reset SMC and PRAM and run Disk Utility
