I know there must be some insanely simple, basic solution to this minor problem; just hoping s.o. can point me in the right direction...
I set up my new ti P'book G4 so the scroll arrows (up/down) are positioned together at the bottom right of the screen, with the scroll bar above them, same as I'd done with my iBook (RIP). However, when used, the arrows seem to perform erratically and with a herky-jerky motion rather than smoothly like my iBook did. Sure, I can use the bar, but for certain editing and precision tasks, the arrows are preferable.
What settings/preferences, if any, do I change to rid myself of this follow-the-bouncing-page problem?
Grazie!
