Blue shapes appearing on recently bought macbook pro

i got my macbook pro september 1, and never been dropped, never been attacked, nobody else touching it but me and now 2 months later i see blue lines appearing on screen.

it is in the middle and can only be seen when it is on grey background.

i am going to make an appointment with apple genius this week, but i didn't buy apple care so i am worried that they won't help me with this.

but is there any way i can get this replaced??
