Blue Tooth connectivity issue

My bluetooth headphones keeps disconnecting from my MBP (mid 2012). The headphones connects fine with my phone. Recently it's been behaving this way with my laptop. Attached is the log from the console. It says it's my device but i don't think it is.

OS: Mavericks 10.9.5
Device: SoundBot SB270
