Blue tooth issue

Hello all I am having a issue with blue tooth. When I am connected to my car sometimes the phone gets stuck on the lower volume setting as if a notification came through the phone lowered the music and alerted me but the music never came back up to full volume. It happens when the phone is on silent and vibrate and it also happens without notifications even coming through. The only I can fix it is a reset of my phone. Anyone have any fixes? This happened on my 6+ and 6+s
