Bluehost is horrible for cpu throttling!

I just set the site up yesterday and already 35 seconds of cpu throttling.
How did you monitor this? I had a friend who switched from bluehost because they shut down his site for a few days saying he exceeded bandwidth even though they advertise unlimited. He was running a successful video blog and I guess bluehost didn't like that. You have to read the fine print. Unlimited is not unlimited.
What do you expect when you pay $7 a month for a host that offers 'unlimited' everything?
If you want quality hosting pay for it. If you want crap go with a host that offers you unlimited space and transfer for a ridiculously cheap price.

This. I use SliceHost. They don't offer "unlimited bandwidth," but you get what you pay for (an initially empty Linux box that's always online).
