I'm not sure how this makes any sense, but after playing a game or doing something that makes the computer warm (computer setup for example) the bottom left and right corners of the display have a spot that takes on a bright blue tint. As the computer cools down the tint fades but it's very faintly there.

Is this normal for LCDs to have their tint change when it's warm?
 
Well all displays are shifting when they are getting warm, blue tint is one of them. You can fix that issue trough calibration.

It wasn't a uniform blue shift. It was bright blue bottom corners
