BlueStacks not installing ?

I am trying to download BlueStacks, an iPhone emulator, and it downloads just fine, but when I try to install it, it gives me this message: "Cannot setup BlueStacks App Player. Please send us feedback so we can troubleshoot the problem."

Any ideas ? I have tried downloading it numerous times from the BlueStacks websites, and even other sites which offer BlueStacks to be downloaded.
