Used to have a BT500 and decided to get the BT500+ portable bluetooth mouse so I could recharge via USB. Anyway, the BT500+ is a perfect mouse except for this recurring issue that surfaces after awhile: every five or so clicks it sends a doubleclick to the comptuer. This gets very annoying after a while as you may suspect. I command-click often to open links in tabs and then I have two tabs open.

I sent in the mouse under warranty to be repaired about a month ago because of the same issue (some cases that one was even tripleclicking), and now the replacement is exhibiting the same problem. I am tired of it, and don't want the hassle of another replacement and frankly I am just sick of the mouse. I sincerely wish it would work properly, as I have no other complaints (perfect size, etc)

My question:

Is there anyway I could get my money back so I could go purchase a different mouse? What issues should I raise with Bluetake? I just don't want the mouse anymore, just my money back. Wondering if anyone could give me some pointers when I communicate with Bluetake.

Thanks!
