Does anyone know if there are any BT4 headsets yet? I've looked a little but nothing I've looked at says that they are BT4.

Not a 100% sure to be honest. I'm pretty sure it uses less battery. A longer lasting headset would be nice. Not sure what else could be new or better.
yea better battery would be nice...
i use plantronics voyager pro+ right now and it offers an excellent 6+ hours of battery(talktime this is, standby time is daysss!)
