4.3.1 jb w/Redsn0w and my bluetooth is working well. Have used it to connect to jawbone, Lexus multimedia, iPad2, and Lenovo laptop.

I am having similar issues with my iP4 using redsnow, My device is discoverable, but once is paired, it doesn't connect. Trying to debug it currently, I'll update if I find something.

My Jawbone Icon actually seems to be running better on 4.3.1
Before the update it would start to distort and even echo sometimes. Since the udpate I am happy as can be with the bluetooth.

Except now there's no visual indicator a device is connected via BT anymore.
