I want my time nearest to the spotlight icon, but now it has been switched with the bluetooth icon. how can i fix this?

Command drag the bluetooth icon to the left.
EDIT: You can Command drag any of the Apple applications (not including the spotlight icon) around to suit your needs/wants. Some third party icons cannot be Command drug, I believe. They are appear from right to left in the order they are launched. So if you want to rearrange those, change the order in which they are launched; if they are launched automatically upon start up, change that order in the System Preferences>Accounts dialog box.
