Bluetooth app

Is there a BT simple app that basically turns on/off BT without the need to go 3 levels deep into settings each time?
I've checked the App store, but all BT apps seem to do a lot more than this simple operation.

Would a contact sharing type of BT app allow to upload contacts list from iPhone to a BT enabled car?

There are a lot of Cydia apps for this, i.e. SBSettings, HomeScreenIcons...
But I don't think there is a tweak for non-jailbroken devices.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not inclined to go J/B with this phone since it's my wife's though.
