iPad Bluetooth Camera App

Well since Apple has decided they don't want my business anymore with iOS6 and the iPad 1 I decided to jailbreak it at long last. Love the apps so far but is there an app that will give me the ability to add a bluetooth camera for Skype over 3g? My current options are IM or voice and being able to add a camera would really be nice and worth the money if there's an app out there that will do the job well. I still have the unlimited 3g data plan that was offered at launch. Google, sadly, didn't return any hits.
