The default behaviour for the iPhone when connected to a Bluetooth device such as a car handsfree kit is that to route an incoming call through the BT device the call has to be answered via the device and not by accepting the call directly on the iPhone screen (see page 55 of the latest manual). But if one has the iPhone mounted close to hand so as to be able to use one of the navigation apps, it would be very convenient to be able to just touch the screen to answer a call and yet still have it routed through the BT system. I have read of people with OEM installed BT systems where they apparently can indeed answer a call by touching the iPhone screen, but I haven't been able to identify any after market BT handsfree kit that will enable this to work.

Can anyone help?
