Bluetooth Connect to Hands Free and Music Gateway

I use bluetooth in my car for hands free calls. My car does not have a2dp so I do not stream music.

I would like to buy a music gateway, either the crackberry or something similar.

The gateway would simply plug into my 3.5mm jack.

Before I spend the money on the gateway, will I run into any issues with my hands free if I do this?
