This is a hard problem to describe and/or search for. Example scenario below:
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3.2
Pioneer DEH-X6700BT head unit
I'm listening to an audiobook via the Audible app. I get into my vehicle, phone connects but head unit says "no artist". Before pulling my phone out of my pocket, I look at the "Now playing" screen on my Apple Watch and it says "Podcasts" with nothing playing. (I haven't listened to a podcast in weeks, and force quitted the app). I dig my phone out and unlock it and the head unit instantly shows the title of the audiobook I was listening to. Press play on the phone, watch, or head unit and it works.
Before 9.3.2, when the bluetooth connected in my car it would always go back to what I was playing last. Is this a bug or a feature?
