Bluetooth Digital Pen that works with an Iphone?

I find that I am forever talking notes from my phone when I am not at my desk and then misplacing them. is there a digital pen that would let me create the note and then transfer it via bluetooth to my iphone/ipad (or even my mac)? I have found a similar device for blackberry, but no luck for the iphone/ipad. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
