The last few days, I have been experiencing random bluetooth disconnections between my iPhone 7 and 1st gen 42mm Space grey Apple Watch (both updated to the recent iOS/OS updates)??!

It seems to happen in the morning, 5 minutes after first connecting the watch to the phone - I can literally see the bluetooth icon on the phone, connecting, disconnecting, connecting, disconnecting non stop and this continues for about 1 minute until it finally settles down and stays connected?! It makes NO SENSE?!?! o_O:confused:

This has only started happening in the past week so it's a really weird issue....

This also happened BEFORE I updated both my iPhone and Watch last night, so I thought doing the updates would actually cure this, but, the issue has unfortunately remained....?!?!

Problem is, is that I don't know if the issue is with my phone or watch? I guess all I can do is reset the watch over the weekend and do a restore on it and see if the issue still persists - but it's blimmin annoying......

If I can't get it to fix itself, it's enough to start making me to not want to wear the watch - what would be the point in wearing it if it can't even stay connected to the phone? Additionally, some iMessages, which I received in the past week, I couldn't get to reply via the watch (kept getting a message back along the lines of "Message not Sent" and I had to keep trying) so now I am wondering if when I tried to send the replies back, the watch was disconnected from the phone?!
:(

Anyone else experienced something similar?!
