iPod Bluetooth ear buds?

New iPod owner here. I'm curious now about bluetooth headphones (or ear buds to be more specific). Does such a thing even exist? I absolutely hate regular headphones, so they've got to be earbuds, similar to what comes with the iPod (even if they're a bit bigger). Anything out there like this?

You're probably not going to get much closer than a pair of "over-the-ear" ones that clip around behind the ear (but perhaps without a cable or anything between them). I dunno. Could be wrong, but actually wedging the entire transceiver into the outer ear canal just seems wrong. Not to mention it'll probably be some time before all the technology is minutarized to that extent...
