Hi all -

I bought the Plantronics BackBeat Go 2 and noticed that when I skipped to the next track, the first second of the track was cut off. Same story when I moved to the previous track.

Then I bought the JayBird BlueBuds X. Here, it only cuts off a fraction of the first second, but it's still very annoying because some songs do start playing immediately at the beginning of the track, and I miss the first beat.

I searched around but did not find this problem anywhere. What's going on?

I have the v1 plantronics and I dont have that issue, and I play music via the music app. I used the + and - volume control and it does not skip the 1st second of the next song.

The one thing I am annoyed about is the low volume, its not too low, but low enough when I'm at the gym
