I've been using cell phones for many years but never had a bluetooth earpiece. Didn't think I needed one. My iPhone 5 has had some issues. Ear speaker doesn't work (drop of butter fell in it) and the mic only works once in awhile. It isn't worth fixing because the iPhone 6 will be released soon so I bought a Samsung HM1900 earpiece a few weeks ago. It's "ok". Better than nothing and made me realize that I should have got one years ago. It's nice to be able to have a conversation without holding the phone. Especially when I need my hands to do something. The HM1900 gets the job done but I'm wondering if I should go with something better. I sometimes hear an echo while I'm talking and there are times when the Bluetooth will disconnect. I then have to quickly deselect it in settings before the other person hangs up. So it's ok sometimes and sometimes it's not.

I don't want to spend a fortune on one but would like something a little more reliable. Mainly for better quality reception and reliability. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
