Bluetooth fails after wake from sleep

Title says it all really; when i wake my mbp from sleep, the bluetooth fails to work. If i restart bluetooth it will work again, but only for about a minute before it fails again which means i have to restart my mac to get it working correctly - this kind of defeats the purpose of sleeping :p

I should note my mightmouse is fine, batteries are full and it functions fine with other macs.

So yeah, is this a known issue or am i by myself?
