The root cause had been found.
System Preferences > Sharing > Bluetooth, must be enabled in order to be able
to send files through BT from external to the mac.
Actually, a strange assignment as for me.
Actually, under the term "to share" I see giving others the own stuff, like exporting.
I don't understand why the setting as shown above does not cover
sending files from mac but does it for receiving by the mac.
Sending / exporting is mainly addressed by sharing.
The function "connect to networ.." not yet verified after this change.
