Bluetooth has Unknown device listed as paired?

Just booted up a new 27" iMac and only have my Magic Mouse and wired keyboard connected.

Went to the Bluetooth preferences and it shows "Apple Mouse" as connected. And then it shows another item 90-84-9j- etc... listed as not connected. The info about it reads as follows...


Type - Unknown

Services - None

Paired - Yes

Configured - Yes

Favorite - No

Connected - No

Any ideas what this could be?

no one with this experience? i noticed that after a clean install - it did the same thing again. i'm thinking it may be a magic mouse specific issue?

Cell phone nearby? Apple remote?

I have an iPhone, laptop, etc. But nothing that was paired.

Any other ideas? Does anyone know how something could be paired to my computer without me telling it to pair? i'll attach a screenshot of what it says in the Bluetooth pref. pane.
