Bluetooth Headphones Battery Status?

Why can I see the battery status of my third party Bluetooth headphones on iOS/ iPadOS but in the Bluetooth Menu of MacOS BigSur I can only see the battery status of Apple devices like keyboard, trackpad, etc.

A little inconsistent?

Any way to get this working or via some app?
