Bluetooth Headphones for MBP & Skype

I am looking for a set of Bluetooth headphones that will primarily work on my MBP as I work from home and use SKYPE for calling customers, etc.

In my research the term MULTIPOINT keeps coming up and just need some advice if anyone has had a successful experience trying to get both iTunes Music and incoming/outgoing calls to work correctly.

If so, do you use these same headphones for your iPhone, iPad, etc.?
