Is the Apple Bluetooth headset ($130) for the Iphone Compatible with the computer can you use it with iChat? or to watch a movie on a MBP?

Even bluetooth Headphones, that do not Require me to plug anymore cables into my compter, just a headset that can be set up within my compter for me to use.
