iPad bluetooth icon doesn't show on status bar

Hello Macrumors,

This is driving me nuts so i figured i would post here to see if anybody has had this problem

so i can turn Bluetooth on and off but the icon only displays in my status bar when i am in setting. Once i exit settings it goes away
