bluetooth in bootcamp problem (new mbp)

I have a bluetooth apple keyboard. In osx, it recognizes it fine and works. In vista, it recognizes it when I search for devices, but if I try to pair it, it doesn't work. I go through all the prompts and hit automatic application of key and it then disappears from the list of devices. If I search for it, I can see the keyboard again and repeat the process to no avail. What am i doing wrong?
