Did you try thinking "umm, there is an USB port in my Mac, how about sticking an USB Bluetooth dongle into it and checking if this brilliant trick works"?

If you actually had the trackpad you would see this on the box:

Minimum Requirements

A Mac computer with Bluetooth wireless technology
Mac OS X v10.6.4 or later
Latest Magic Trackpad software update

No PowerPC support at all. Any other daydreams you need help with?

Yes the MM will work mainly because it doesn't use multi touch.

The Magic Mouse doesn't use multi-touch? What planet are you from?

The whole point of the Magic Mouse is that it is multi-touch. The page heading for the page on Apple's website is "The world's first multi-touch mouse".

To be clear to everybody, magic mouse (MM) works on 10.5 (download drivers from apple to have multi-touch), magic trackpad (MT) works only on 10.6 and over.

Are we clear with that? Tried it so I know.
