My girlfriend is experiencing the following on her iPhone SE 2020. In the middle of a listening session, her phone connects to an unknown "Pixel 7" device and then the audio is routed to that phone.

We don't have any Pixel phones. It might be from the upper or lower neighbor.

We never ever paired this phone. Why does her iPhone connect to it? It's not possible to Forget this connection, there is no "i" button. What can she do now?

She just wants to make sure no one can connect to her phone, she cannot connect to anyone's phone and basically just wants to listen to audio on her own BT headset.

Is it possible to forget all BT devices somehow?

We did the Reset / Network option, rebooted, we had to enter all Wifi passwords again, but Bluetooth wasn't reset.
Right now, it's connected to both an "iPhone" and a "Pixel 7"!

Any ideas for this one? Is the only chance to do a factory restore and not restore anything?
