I always used to have issues on my early 2008 MBP. Wireless Mighty Mouse dropouts that only went away after dis- and enabling bluetooth completely. SMC and PRAM resets and a complete Leopard reinstall wouldn't help. Since the installation of 10A432 not a single dropout for over 20h of usage!

Bluetooth is VERY stable in 10.6
