Bluetooth Issue on 2013 Retina MacBook Pro

I have the high end 2013 Retina Macbook Pro and it's great except weird bluetooth issues.

I occasionally have issues where I can't get my Magic Mouse to connect and when I just click the bluetooth menubar icon and select connect it just sits there blue. And when I try to access Bluetooth in System Preferences it freezes and I have to force quit it?


Once connected I have no issues. This has happened twice.

And when it's frozen This is what it says:
