BlueTooth Issues: Magic Mouse vs. Magic Mouse 2?

Has anyone noticed whether their BT connection issues improved after changing to the Magic Mouse 2?

Thanks. I did some web research and it seemed to point that way, too. I have two of the original MMs and one is noticeably more likely to disconnect than the other. Different chipsets maybe, or just manufacturing variances. In any case it doesn't sound like buying a MM2 would change this situation.
