Bluetooth Issues on 5S

Anyone else having pairing issues with your 5S to your macbook?
Currently have DP3 of Yosemite on my MBA Mid-2012 and Beta 3 on my 5S and I cannot get the two to pair with each other to test out handoff. Any ideas? tried searching everywhere and haven't really found the help I'm looking for.

You don't have to pair them!
It is working automatic over iCloud.

apparently mine doesn't work over i cloud. and I've signed in and out of my iCloud on all of my devices.
