Hello all! I'm new to the forum and still fairly new to MacBook. I have a MacBook Pro Mid-2012 running Mountain Lion and Bootcamp Windows 7 Professional(64-bit).
I have a Logitech H800 Headset and Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse. Here's the issues I'm running into:
When I boot into ML, I'm able to connect both the mouse and headset over Bluetooth. However, when I boot into Win7, the headset will pair but says it is unable to find a driver. The mouse, I have to remove and re-pair if it was used in ML last. Then it works just fine. However, I'm still unable to get the headset to find a driver. I can use the headset in Win7 by using the USB dongle but am trying to free up another USB port by using Bluetooth.
I found a few forums online that discussed downloading the Bluetooth Software Download tool from Broadcom. I tried this and it simply hung on Detect Bluetooth Device and won't go any further.
I appreciate you taking the time to read my post and greatly appreciate any help you may be able to give me!
I look forward to enjoying the MacRumors forum while I get to know all about my MacBook!
Thanks,
DMoney$
I forgot to mention that the headset will pair with my iPhone 4s and iPad 3 all just fine!
