bluetooth issues

Im still having issues on BT since upgrading to ios 7.0.2, back when ios 6 and ios 7 problem.
My nokia bh 503 BT headset cant be discovered by my IPhone 4s, but my samsung phone easily recognizes it. Anyone having issues too?

Done restoring as new and update to ios 7.0.2
But still having that issues.

I am having issues with reconnecting my iPhone 5 when I hop in my car since updating to 7.0.2. I posted elsewhere.
