Bluetooth Issues

Hello all

I have a Late 2013 15inch rMBP. Every once and awhile my bluetooth keyboard and magic mouse will not connect anymore. I go to the bluetooth button and it says it's connected. But nothing happens. So I tried turning off bluetooth on the computer but it won't even do that. I have to restart the computer.

Has anyone experienced these issues? Has anyone heard of any fixes? Or is this just a bug in the latest OS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
