Recently picked up a 12 pro and it won't connect to most bluetooth devices that worked great with my X. I read all over the internet and it seems some people had the same issues with the 14.3 update that was suppose to fix these issues and it didn't. The devices aren't even showing up on the bluetooth list. Oddly enough... two items do show up (mx keys and my LG tv). The mx keys tries to pair but its unsuccessful. It however does pair with the TV no problem.

I tried just about everything (turning on/off phone, hard reset, network reset, turning bluetooth off/on, unpairing the bluetooth devices on my old X). Not sure if its a hardware or software flaw. I made a post in the iOS forum but figured I would get more replies here.

Any possible solution or should I just inquire about a replacement? I bought through xfinity with their promo so I assume I would have to deal with them vs. apple to get it taken care of. Closest apple store from me is 45 min. away so just hoping I can do something on my end to fix this and if anyone has any similar issues I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Have you tried to set it up fresh without restoring from a backup? If you have no Apple ID on it, everything is factory reset and you still can’t make a known good accessory work you have your answer I think.

Best success!
