Bluetooth issues

I'm having a bluetooth issue. I was able to send pictures to my macbook (with OSX on it) from my cell phone and from my mac to my cellphone, no problem. All of a sudden, I'm getting an error message when I send from my computer to my cell phone. My phone (which is an LG enV2) gives me a message saying to check the status of the bluetooth on the sending device and computer says that there's an internal error. Anyone have an idea of what might be wrong??
