bluetooth keyboard - keys aren't same as mbp

I have the Apple bluetooth keyboard - it has been working well. But the function key doesn't seem to be working. When I hold function down and press delete it doesn't delete. The keyboard on my MBP works fine. I can't seem to find any settings for the keyboard ... running Windows 7 64 bit.

Any suggestions on where I can look?
